Shaikh/ Mazyad Thamir Alotabi- mercy be upon him- established his establishment in 1975 under the name of Althamir Contracting Est. The work of this establishment was not restricted to real estates only but diversified its business to cover agricultural and industrial investment.

In 1986 the Establishment ownership was transferred to his son/ Mr. Mohammed Mazyad who trustfully and ambitiously continued the business of his father.

The Establishment developed fast and in October 2011 it became Althamir Investment Holding Co. and Mr. Mohammed Mazyad Thamir Alotabi became the chairman of the company board. Mr. Mohammed has a wide experience in various fields the most important of them is industry since 1986. His vision is that quality is the base of feasibility of large projects. This vision led him to the idea of the pioneer water project of the company.
